Pineapple Martini Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fresh Pineapple
  • Passionfruit
  • Pineapple Liqueur
  • Peach Schnapps
  • Citrus Vodka
  • Ice

Method

Place some ice in a martini glass to chill

Juice 80% of the pineapple (saving the rest for a garnish)

Place some ice into a cocktail shaker

Add 2 shots of Citrus vodka

Add 1 shot of Pineapple liqueur

Add 1 shot of Peach schnapps

Cut passionfruit in half and scoop out half the plup and add to shaker

Add a slash of fresh pineapple juice and shake for 1 min

Remove ice from martini glass and strain the shaker into the glass

Garnish with a small wedge of pineapple and Enjoy!
