Pineapple Dip

This pineapple dip will certainly be a hit at your next BBQ or when friends are over. Its delicious and so easy to make. Serve in a pineapple to delight guests. From King's Banquet entrant Sue Nixon.

Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/4 pineapple crushed
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled, crushed and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve dip with bread or crackers!
