Outdoor Games

To play this game, use real or plastic pineapples. You can play in teams or individually.
First designate a start and finish line. Then choose one of the options below to play the game:
Option 1: In teams of two, members run to the finish line, holding the pineapple between them - without hands - stomach to stomach or hip to hip. If a player drops the pineapple, he can pick it up with his hands to reposition it.
Option 2: Instead of working in teams, players will carry their own pineapple. The catch is they have to carry it in an odd way - between their knees, behind their back, or with one hand.
Option 3: Very young players will be challenged just by trying to get to the finish line carrying their pineapple. You'd be amazed how tough it is for them to concentrate on running and carrying simultaneously!
