Ham and Pineapple Pizza

This classic pizza dish tastes great and is easy to make! Ham, cheese, pineapple are the staples - why not add some of your own favourite pizza ingredients?

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base
  • olive oil
  • tomato paste
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 80g ham slices, cut into 2cm strips
  • 60g pineapple, peeled & cut into very thin slices and then 2cm size pieces

Method

  1. preheat oven to very hot (240’c)
  2. using a pastry brush, brush 1tsp of olive oil over the pizza base
  3. spoon 2 tablespoons of tomato paste on base and spread evenly
  4. sprinkle ½ cup of grated cheese over base
  5. top with ham and pineapple pieces
  6. sprinkle remaining cheese over pizza
  7. bake for 20 minutes
